Ambridge Europe Germany GmbH & Co. KG (“Ambridge”) is a specialised managing general underwriter of complex risks. Our core products are Transactional Insurance, Complex Management Liability Insurance and Intellectual Property Insurance.

Established in January 2019, we are a wholly owned subsidiary of Ambridge Partners LLC. We were founded with the mission of providing our clients with customised and responsive underwriting solutions for a wide variety of exposures that prevented a transaction from being completed.

We have led the market in setting new service standards and we apply this discipline to all of our products. We do this by emphasising team work, bringing together a group of underwriters with expertise in different disclipines on each transaction.

Over the years we have continued to add to the products we offer our clients, adding Complex Management Liability, Contingency Insurance and Intellectual Property Liability Insurance.
